1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2026 MOUNTAIN DEW BAJA BLAST® / NEW YORK YANKEES SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and prize awarding, are legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or Pennsylvania and are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal residency, if requested by Sponsor, to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win: employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”) and its bottlers, New York Yankees Partnership (the “New York Yankees”), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), or any of the subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the preceding companies, or any of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, administrators, representatives, parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as the participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of such Sponsor and Promotion Parties (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in living in their same households (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).
The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Enter with Receipt: Purchase any MOUNTAIN DEW ® or PEPSI® ZERO SUGAR branded product during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Qualifying Purchase”) at a participating retail location, look for the QR code on MOUNTAIN DEW® / PEPSI® ZERO SUGAR display materials at participating stores and scan the code or visit www.mountaindewpromos.com/yankees (the “Website”) to enter. Keep your Qualifying Purchase receipt and circle the MOUNTAIN DEW ® or PEPSI® ZERO SUGAR branded product on the receipt, write your initials next to it and take a digital picture of the receipt. Ensure that the retailer, date, time and receipt total are visible on the receipt in order for it to be validated. By scanning the QR code, you will be taken to the Website. Once at the Website, you must follow the on-screen instructions for entering your contact information and uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase receipt to be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Receipt Entry”). Enter Without Purchase: Look for the code on MOUNTAIN DEW ® or PEPSI® ZERO SUGAR display materials at participating stores and scan the code or visit mountaindewpromos.com/yankees (the “Website”) from your home computer or device. If you scan the code, you will be taken to the Website. Once at the Website, you must follow the on-screen instructions for entering your contact information to be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Alternate Entry” and, together with Receipt Entry, each individually an “Entry”). Entry deadline is 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026.
Limit one (1) Entry per person or email address per day, regardless of Entry method. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. The time clock of the Administrator is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. If more than one Entry is received from the same person in one day, all but the first Entry may be disqualified.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address submitted at the time of Entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her or their email or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period. Proof of Entry does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of Entry by Sponsor. Each Entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the opportunity for the winner and three (3) guests to attend On Field Pre-Game Warmups and a Batting Practice Viewing experience prior to the 6/2/2026 New York Yankees home game and four (4) tickets for winner and guests to the 6/2/2026 game. Exact nature and duration of the on-field experience shall be determined in the sole discretion of the New York Yankees and be subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $531.32.
FIRST PRIZES: Four (4) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of four (4) Party Suite tickets for winner and three (3) guests to the New York Yankees home game n June 5, 2026. (game date is subject to change, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.) ARV of each First Prize: $1,988.00.
SECOND PRIZES: Five (5) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) $50 MLBShop.com gift card*. ARV of each First Prize: $50.00. MLBShop.com e-gift cards/codes are subject to the following terms and conditions: Valid only at MLBShop.com. Except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, returned, reproduced, modified, sold, traded, refunded or replaced if lost or stolen. Not valid for any other gift cards, codes or e-gift cards or on previous purchases or returns. No cash back unless required by law. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see yankees.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with any prize; see yankees.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and Promotion Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities.
5. DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings based on the below from among all eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions shall be final. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address/household. 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address and/or phone number provided upon Entry within approximately two (2) days of the drawing date (the “Winner Notification”). The potential prize winner will be required to respond as directed in the Winner Notification within forty-eight (48) hours to Sponsor or its representative sending the Winner Notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in the entrant’s telephone number or email address, which may result in a potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification. Once potential winner responds as directed in the Winner Notification, the potential winner may be sent a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and Affidavit of Eligibility and a W9 (together the “Prize Clam Documents”) to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Prize Claim Documents. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. In the event (i) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification as directed within forty-eight (48) hours; (ii) any required Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the indicated number of days; (iii) winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iv) winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) Winner Notification, Prize Claim Documents or prize itself is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Ticket prizes will be delivered digitally within forty-eight hours of game date via notification through each winner’s email address, unless otherwise determined and communicated by Sponsor.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes or from the Website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
8. RELEASES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, prize suppliers, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigned (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property (including negligence and damages of any kind, including invasion of privacy (under appropriate intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation or right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury) which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry, creation of an Entry or submission of any Entry, or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants to Sponsor and Promotion Parties and their respective designees the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor and Promotion Parties.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and where prohibited or restricted by law. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://contact.pepsico.com/pepsi/privacy-policy.
10. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
