ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. WHO, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND PRIZE AWARDING, ARE RESIDING IN IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, NE, SD or WI AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE (19+ years or older in NEBRASKA).
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 4, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who, at the time of prize awarding, are residing in IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, NE, SD or WI and are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in NE). Employees, contractors, directors, and officers (“Employees et al”) of Pepsi-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, Pepsi-Co, Inc., Strack & Van Til Food Market, Hy-Vee, Inc., United Center Joint Venture (“United Center”), Promotion Security Group LLC (“PSG”), participating restaurants and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in the same households as such Employees et al, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Void outside the state listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
3. HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to play for a chance to win:
a. Code Scan (Data rates may apply): Scan the code found on the 2026 HY-VEE /STRACK & VAN TIL - MOUNTAIN DEW ROCK THE MOUNTAIN INSTANT WIN GAME & SWEEPSTAKES signage at participating retailers, which will automatically take you to mountaindewpromos.com/rockthemountain (“Website”). Follow the on-screen instructions to play the game (a “Game Play”). Once a Game Play is submitted, you will receive an on-screen message letting you know if you are a potential Instant Winner. Once an on-screen message is received, the Game Play will be complete. If you receive an Instant Win notification, you must follow the on-screen instructions for claiming the prize. See section 6 for details.
b. No Purchase Necessary. For free go to the Website: mountaindewpromos.com/rockthemountain (“Website”). Follow the on-screen instructions to play the game (a “Game Play”). Once a Game Play is submitted, you will receive an on-screen message letting you know if you are a potential Instant Winner. Once an on-screen message is received, the Game Play will be complete. If you receive an Instant Win notification, you must follow the on-screen instructions for claiming the prize. See section 6 for details.
All Game Plays must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. CT by 10/4/26. Results of Game Plays are randomly determined and are not based on actual game playing or skill.
Limit one (1) Instant Win Game Play per person, per email address and per household per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of Game Play. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The time clock of the Promotion Administrator is the official clock for this Promotion.
By submitting a Game Play, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules) and the decisions of Sponsor and its appointed agents, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, a Game Play will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of Game Play, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number.
Each Game Play must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrants; automated and/or repetitive electronic Game Plays (including but not limited to Game Plays made using any script, macro, bot or promotion service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked.
3. HOW TO ENTER INTO THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING ("GRAND PRIZE DRAWING" OR "SWEEPSTAKES"): Each completed Instant Win Game Play entrant will automatically be given one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”). Limit one (1) Grand Prize Drawing per person/email per day.
4. PRIZES:
A. INSTANT WIN PRIZES/ODDS: There are one-thousand two hundred (1,200) Instant Win Prizes available, as listed below. There will be 1,200 random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. If entrant’s Game Play, as described in Section 3 above, is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times, they will be considered a potential Instant Winner and they will be eligible to win the Instant-Win Prize designated at that time. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as Prizes are awarded. Odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize depend on the time the Game Play is received and the total number of prizes remaining at the time of the Game Play. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/email address/household.

B. GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: Five (5) Grand Prizes are available, each consisting of a trip for two (2) to a concert at the United Center in Chicago, IL. Prize includes airfare for two (2) from airport closest to winner’s residence to Chicago, IL, One (1) night hotel accommodation one (1) room; double-occupancy), two (2) Tickets to a concert of winner’s choice* at the United Center (concert must be chosen within thirty ( 30) days of winner verification; chosen concert must be no less than ten (10) days from the date of winner verification; All Grand Prize trips must be completed by 12/31/26). ARV of Grand Prize: up to $3,000.00, depending on concert choice and the location of the winner’s residence. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/email address/household. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Grand Prize Entries.
*Availability of specific concert events are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and venue availability. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned herein such as transportation to and from event, parking, souvenirs, meals, beverages or gratuities are solely the responsibility of the prize winners and their guest. All minor guests must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times. If Grand Prize winner’s residence is less than 250 miles away from the destination, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to provide ground transportation stipend to and from the game location in lieu of airfare; the difference in value will not be awarded. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one (1) of comparable or greater value.
Tickets cannot be sold, auctioned, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred. Prizes are also subject to any restrictions as imposed by the prize provider or operator of the venue. TRANSPORTATION NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF PRIZE. Tickets are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions including that all ticket holders must be eligible to attend the event for which tickets are issued. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and United Center are not responsible if event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason; the terms of the ticket shall govern, no substitution will be provided, except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. All applicable venue rules and regulations will apply. Winners and guests must abide by all venue policies. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Winners and guests fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential Instant Win Winner or Grand Prize Winner, Game Play or Grand Prize Entry will be declared submitted by the authorized account holder of such email address or Rewards account submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address or Rewards account. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email, wireless phone number or postal address during the Promotion Period. Game Plays and Grand Prize Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and in some instances, will not be acknowledged. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Game Plays (including but not limited to Game Plays made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete Game Plays. Game Plays or Grand Prize Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Instant Win Game Promotion and Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Total ARV of all Prizes: up to $64,066.
5. GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries received during each Entry Periods. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in each Entry Period. The drawings will be conducted on the Drawing Dates listed below by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Instant Winners will be notified via an on-screen message, as described in Section 3, and will receive details regarding the Instant Win Prize automatically at the time of Game Play completion. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address or phone number or provided at the time of initial Game Play participation, within approximately three (3) days of Grand Prize Drawing (the “Winner Notification”). A potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to respond as directed in the Winner Notification within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor or its representative sending the Winner Notification, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in the entrant’s telephone number or email address, which may result in a potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification. In the event (i) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification as directed within seventy-two (72) hours; (ii) if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iii) or if winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will only be delivered to a winner with an address within the U.S.
Prizes are redeemable only by clicking and following the directions via the valid link provided at the time of Instant Prize Notification. In the event that the potential winner does not click on the valid link within ten (10) minutes to claim their prize, their prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be given.
FAILURE TO CLAIM THE PRIZE AND IMMEDIATELY COMPLETE THE WINNER VALIDATION FORM WILL RESULT IN PRIZE FORFEITURE OF THAT INSTANT WIN PRIZE AND THAT ENTRANT WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO WIN ANOTHER INSTANT WIN PRIZE IN THE PROMOTION.
7. GENERAL: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize(s). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Promotion Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion and Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Promotion will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize and shall be subject to the Pepsi-Cola Company’s Privacy Policy available at https://contact.pepsico.com/mtndew/privacy-policy.
8. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the play process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSBILE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and all of their employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, prize suppliers, promotion/advertising/fulfillment agencies associated with this Promotion (collectively the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.
10. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of participation into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all other Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
