The Mountain Dew “Ole Red, White & Dew” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”), 700 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 29, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on July 11, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS). Employees of Sponsor, Opry Entertainment Group, Ole Red, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter:
Social Media Entry: To participate via social media in the Sweepstakes, you must be a registered user of Instagram or Facebook. To create a free Instagram account, follow the onscreen instructions to register on the app or at http://Instagram.com. To create a free Facebook account, follow the onscreen instructions to register on the app or at http://Facebook.com. Your Instagram or Facebook account setting must be set to “public” in order for your Sweepstakes Entry to be viewable by Sponsor for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter via Instagram or Facebook by completing the following steps:

a) Follow the @MountainDew account on Instagram or Facebook
b) Visit a participating Ole Red location in Nashville, TN, Gatlinburg, TN, Las Vegas, NV or Orlando, FL and take a photo of yourself with a Mountain Dew cocktail or mocktail sold at these participating Ole Red locations.
c) Post your photo, along with #OleRedWhite&DewSweeps to your Instagram or Facebook account.

Once you have complied with all the entry requirements set forth above, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing described in Section 4, below.

Internet Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, go to http://www.mountaindewpromos.com/OleRed (the “Website”)and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. This will require providing your name, mailing address, date of birth, phone number and email address. Once the required information is submitted, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing described in Section 4, below.

Limit of one (1) Entry per account/person/email address per day regardless of entry method.

Use of any automated and/or repetitive system (including but not limited to script, macro or bot) or sweepstakes service to enter will result in disqualification of the entrant and all of his/her/their entries. Participation constitutes entrant s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. NOTE ABOUT MOBILE DATA CHARGES: When you participate in the Sweepstakes via a mobile device standard messaging rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Check your mobile device s capabilities for specific instructions. A mobile device is not required to enter.

4. DRAWING/ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will occur on or about 7/13/26 and will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to a concert at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN during 2026 (concert to be chosen by winner and confirmed by Sponsor based on availability), roundtrip airfare for two (2) from airport closest to winner’s residence to Nashville, TN for dates corresponding to the chosen concert, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room; double-occupancy) and a $250 American Express gift card, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $3,000, depending on winner’s location and concert choice.
All costs and expenses not specifically included herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure, on destination city, and airfare fluctuations. If Grand Prize winner’s residence is less than 250 miles away from the destination, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to provide an additional $250 ground transportation stipend in the form of a gift card in lieu of airfare; the difference in value will not be awarded. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Tickets and related seats to the games are subject to Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the applicable location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If you are chosen as a potential prize winner, you will receive a potential winner notification via Instagram direct message from the @MountainDew Instagram account or a notification via Facebook from the @Mountain Dew Facebook account and will be asked to provide your complete home mailing address, email address and phone number within three (3) days (“Winning Notification”). Once potential winner responds as directed in the Winner Notification, the potential winner will be sent a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and Affidavit of Eligibility and a W9 (together the “Prize Clam Documents”) to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Prize Claim Documents. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the Grand Prize. In the event (i) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification as directed within three (3) days; (ii) any required Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the indicated number of days; (iii) winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iv) winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) Winner Notification, Prize Claim Documents or prize itself is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award the prize, the prize may not be re-awarded to an alternate. Any portion of the prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the drawing, and Sponsor reserves the right to award the remaining Grand Prize (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

8. RELEASES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, prize suppliers, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigned (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property (including negligence and damages of any kind, including invasion of privacy (under appropriate intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation or right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury) which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry, creation of an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants to Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities and their respective designees the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://contact.pepsico.com/mtndew/privacy-policy.

10. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
